Marking a Fresh Chapter with New Members, Linkin Park Makes a Comeback with New Single “The Emptiness Machine” and Album “From Zero”

Bingkai KaryaLinkin Park, featuring Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Phoenix, and Joe Hahn, along with new members Emily Armstrong and Colin Brittain, now just dropped their first new music in seven years.

Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Phoenix, and Joe Hahn quietly reconnected over the past few years, choosing to spend time together and reconnect creatively instead of trying to relaunch the band. They invited friends into the studio and found a special bond with Emily Armstrong and Colin Brittain. The natural chemistry among the group inspired them to dive back into the studio, leading to the creation of the “From Zero” album.

Mike Shinoda explains the meaning behind the album, “Before Linkin Park, our first band was called Xero. The title “From Zero” reflects our humble beginnings and the journey we’re on now. It’s about our past, present, and future, keeping our signature sound but with a fresh and lively twist. We’re grateful for our new and old bandmates, friends, families, and fans. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished and excited for what’s ahead.”

The new single “The Emptiness Machine” showcases Linkin Park’s explosive energy and unique sound. The track features Mike Shinoda’s captivating melodies and Emily Armstrong’s powerful vocals, along with dynamic riffs and energetic drums.

Mike Shinoda adds, “Working with Emily and Colin has been a joy. Their world-class talent and our collaboration have really energized us. We’re exploring new musical ideas while reconnecting with the familiar sounds we love.”

With “From Zero,” Linkin Park is embracing the energy of their past, present, and future. A new chapter for the band has officially begun.
