However, we cannot drink coffee carelessly. Drinking coffee at the wrong time will bring disadvantages rather than benefits. When is the wrong time?

When you already have more than 2 cups of coffee

Drinking coffee for more than 2 cups will make us dehydrated. 2 cups are the safest amount of coffee we can drink every day. Even though we are drowsy, forcing yourself to drink more than 2 cups of coffee will be bad for your body.

When you have not eaten anything yet

Coffee is acidic and drinking it in the morning with an empty stomach will bring problems to your digestion, such as stomach ache, reflux, and other digestion problems. If you really need coffee but you have not eaten anything, you can drink coffee with milk which will reduce its acidity or drink cold brew instead. 

When your cholesterol is high

If your cholesterol (LDL) is high, you can choose safer coffee options like filtered coffee because unfiltered coffee like french press will increase your LDL and filtered coffee is neutral to lipid level.
