
Bingkai Karya-Sabrina Carpenter releases her latest album “Short n’ Sweet.” The album includes “Espresso” and “Please Please Please,” two of her earlier successes that became summer hits and chart leaders. Sabrina’s first #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 was “Please Please Please.” Also “Espresso” became Spotify’s third fastest song to reach 1 billion streams. The album added to the momentum from the platinum smash “Feather,” which topped Top 40 Radio first.
Sabrina opened The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon for a funny and iconic “EW!,” then joined him on the couch to discuss “Short n’ Sweet.” Also perform her worldwide smash hit, “Please Please Please,”for the first time on television.
The Tour
Sabrina Carpenter will debut her MTV Video Music Awards mainstage performance next month, where she is nominated six times, including Artist, Song, and Best Pop. On September 23, Sabrina will begin her sold-out stadium tour, the “Short n’ Sweet Tour,” in Columbus.
In addition to US and Canadian cities, the 33-date tour will include New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, Toronto, Austin, and more. Sabrina Carpenter’s long-awaited new album “Short n’ Sweet” drops today on Island Records.
Sabrina Carpenter wrote the songs with Amy Allen, Julia Michaels, and Steph Jones, and John Ryan, Julian Bunetta, and Jack Antonoff, who produced the album. Dave Meyers directed the thrilling and intriguing video with Jenna Ortega and Sabrina.
She became “one of the only artists to reach #1 and #2 on the UK chart.” She has joined Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and Ed Sheeran (whose record she only shares for five weeks). Incredibly, she topped the UK Singles Chart for 12 weeks this year. She appeared in a 2024 NBC Olympics commercial as a cultural icon.
Amaarae, Griff, and Declan McKenna will support Sabrina on tour. On this tour, Sabrina and PLUS1 will launch the Sabrina Carpenter Fund, which will help national and local mental health, animal, and LGBTQ+ charities as well as her own well-being.
