salute Unveils The Euphoric Single Collaboration With Jessie Ware “Heaven In Your Arms”

Bingkai Karya- salute, a Manchester producer, collaborates with Mercury Prize and 6-time BRIT nominee Jessie Ware on “Heaven In Your Arms”. salute’s first new song since Ninja Tune’s release of their debut album ‘TRUE MAGIC’ earlier this year is the celebratory track.

About their collaboration, Jessie said, “I’ve been a fan of salute for a while and caught their set in Sonar this summer. Following that, I was determined to work with them. Salute sent me many tracks, but one beat stuck out. I wanted something romantic and hopeful. It sounds like the garage I danced to in my youth, but salute’s modern vibe makes it feel new! I adore the song, and seeing how it’s doing in US salutes gets me thrilled to sing it with them one day, or two!”

salute’s New Album

salute’s new album ‘TRUE MAGIC’ was lauded by DJ Mag, who featured them on their cover, and Pitchfork, who said, “The UK dance producer’s effervescent debut glows from within”. Salute spent hours searching YouTube archives for old Japanese automobile ads for the album’s style and sound. They imagined racing a vintage JDM vehicle in TRUE MAGIC for the record. Disclosure, Rina Sawayama, piri, Empress Of, Karma Kid, Léa Sen, and others appear on the album.

salute has expanded their live performance portfolio with performances at Coachella’s Do Lab stage, Glastonbury’s Arcadia b2b with Joy Anonymous, and Boiler Room Melbourne. Their Asia debut was a huge success, with sold-out gigs in Seoul, Shanghai, and Tokyo. In Tokyo, Rina Sawayama appeared as a surprise guest when salute performed their joint single “saving flowers” for the first time. The gigs were b2b with Yung Singh.

salute performed with Disclosure in Colombia and Berlin, Mall Grab in London, Hudson Mohawke in LA, and Jungle on their US tour. This summer, salute performed at Four Tet & Friends Festival and the Elsewhere rooftop b2b with DJ Seinfeld in NY before touring Europe, including Manchester, London, Paris, and Barcelona.

At the end of November, salute will begin their EU/UK tour with special live shows at London’s Electric Brixton and in their hometown Manchester at Warehouse Project, where they will debut their new ‘TRUE VISION’ production and visuals, an extension of the ’TRUE MAGIC’ album creative. The Australian and New Zealand leg will begin in February.
