The Bakuucakar and Paul Partohap remake Glenn Fredly’s hit song ‘Terserah’. The song is part of a collaboration project between Warner Music Indonesia and BUMI Entertainment involving The Bakuucakar and other musicians. This iconic song was first performed by Glenn in 2008.
The Bakuucakar hopes that through this project, Glenn’s work will be enjoyed more widely and always remembered by the next generation. “This release is a form of our appreciation for the works that Glenn has created for all of us. Eternal and fragrant. It’s great that in this project we have the opportunity to collaborate with some great singers and musicians,” they said.
“Being able to get the opportunity to make a tribute with musicians like The Bakuucakar and especially Glenn Fredly who has had a lot of influence in shaping my music is like a dream comes true.” Paul Partohap said.
For information, ‘Terserah’ is the third remake song after ‘Kisah Romantis’ by Lalahuta and ‘Januari’ released with Anneth. This project collaborates with musicians from various labels who have been selected to perform some of Glenn Fredly’s masterpieces. Other songs will be released gradually in the near future.
In The Bakuucakar remake of Glenn song, the track opens with piano and The Bakuucakar’s saxophone accompaniment. With a duration of 04.42 minutes, ‘Terserah’ can be enjoyed on all digital streaming platforms in Indonesia. The Official Visualizer airs on Paul Partohap‘s youtube channel and the official lyric video will air on Glenn Fredly‘s youtube channel.
