Bingkai Karya-Almost a year after Reality Club’s successful “Reality Club Presents… The Show” in Jakarta, the indie rock quartet will bring the special experience to five more cities in Indonesia. On the “Reality Club Presents… Indonesia Tour” organized by Katarsis Live, Fathia Izzati (vocals, keyboards), Faiz Novascotia Saripudin (vocals, guitar), Nugi Wicaksono (bass, backing vocals) and tira Patigo (drums) will be present in Semarang on October 6, 2024, Bandung on October 12, Yogyakarta on October 19, Surabaya on November 2, and close the tour in Makassar on November 11.
As with “Reality Club Presents… The Show” in Jakarta, “Reality Club Presents… Indonesia Tour” will also highlight the tracks from “Reality Club Presents…” album. The album has earned them two trophies at the 2023 AMI Awards for Best Alternative Album and Best Alternative Duo/Group/Collaboration.
“This is a tour for the album ‘Reality Club Presents….’ which actually started in Jakarta, then there are tours in Asia and North America,” said Fathia. “We feel an urge to bring this show to other cities in Indonesia, because there are so many Goddess Rockstar (Reality Club’s biggest fans) waiting. We still want to make people feel excited.”
For the “Reality Club Presents… Indonesia Tour,” Reality Club is once again collaborating with promoter Katarsis Live. Who has successfully held the “Reality Club Presents… The Show” in Jakarta as well as tours for other Indonesian artists such as Isyana Sarasvati and Perunggu. Fathia said, “We have enjoyed working with Katarsis Live. They already know what we want, and we hope this tour will also be as successful as the one in Jakarta.”
Different City, Different Theme
In line with the album “Reality Club Presents…” which discusses various sides of love along with varied musical colors, each city on the “Reality Club Presents… Indonesia Tour” will have its own theme. According to Nugi, “Each city has a theme based on one of our songs, and the concept of the performance is also based on that theme.” The themes for each city are “Am I Bothering You?” (Semarang), “You Let Her Go Again” (Bandung), “Dancing in the Breeze Alone” (Yogyakarta), “Anything You Want” (Surabaya) and “Love Epiphany” (Makassar).
