Menparekraf Sandiaga Sets Kayutangan Heritage as an Indonesian Tourism Village

Sandiaga Salahudin Uno, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, inaugurated the Kayutangan Heritage Village as one of the 75 selected Indonesian Tourism Villages for 2023 on April 16, 2023. Sandiaga has made blusukans to a number of leading spots in Kayutangan. Starting from Namsin House, RW Hall, Mbah Honggo Tomb, Mbah Ndut Coffee Shop, and many others.

Sandiaga said that there was a big opportunity for the movement of tourists in Indonesia, which reached 123.8 million. This should be utilized by tourism actors. Mayor Sutiaji revealed that the Kayutangan Heritage village is a model for developing tourist destinations and a creative economy from the results of hard work together.

On this occasion, Sandiaga also provided assistance for the development of digitalization of tourist villages in the form of a set of laptops and printers. Not only that, in the near future, one of the Kemenparekraf partner industries will also conduct a mapping survey to support the arrangement of the Kayutangan Heritage Village.
