Maisie Peters first shared her single ‘Body Better‘ on her ‘the good witch’ album back in January. It’s a fragile song inspired by the insecurities that arise after a breakup. She said that If ‘Body Better’ is her at her lowest point, ‘Lost The Breakup’ is Maisie clawing her way back and out.
Maisie Peters shares her feeling about the song was that It was like dressing up in sequins and going to a party with close friends, like cheap drinks and lipstick smudged lips with burgers on the floor at 3am. It’s a manifestation song and if you sing it, it may come true.
